Q: I want an at home plan but I do not have any equipment. Is this still feasible?

Answer: Absolutely! These plans are tailored to YOU! You do not need a full gym set up to get the results you desire!  

Q: I have IBS, can you still make a meal plan that would work for me?

Answer: Absolutely! These plans are tailored to YOU! While making your plans I concurrently employ my knowledge of epidemiology to create a plan suitable to your needs  

Q: Do you give cheat meals?

Answer: based on the clients progress and the timeline of their goals, during our weekly progress check ins, we jointly make that decision together. Generally, one cheat meal per week. 

Q: I am a vegetarian. Do you offer meal plans that would work for me?

Answer: Absolutely!
